pride in your jewelry and that you enjoy wearing every treasure
you acquire from us.
Therefore, we offer a full 30 day money back refund guarantee
of your purchase price for any item purchased without custom
engraving or modification by a third party. At your
option we will give a refund of your purchase price, replacement
or exchange for any item with which you are not completely
satisfied. All returned items will be inspected by
our Quality Assurance team. Items that have been sized
or altered by a third party and an item that shows sign of
wear or abuse will not be accepted for return. All
items returned to JewelrySales.com must have the return authorization
code on the label, a completed return authorization form
inside the package, a copy of your purchase receipt inside
the package and must be packaged and insured properly or
it will not be accepted by the return center.
If your purchase included a certificate it must be returned
with the merchandise for a refund or a certificate replacement
charge up to $50.00 will be deducted from your refund. Also
all FREE GIFTS received with your purchase must be returned
before a refund is issued.
How to Prepare Your Return:
- Obtain an authorization code: Call
800-USA-GEMS and request an authorization code. Write
the code on the return authorization form and make sure
it is in the lower left corner of the return address label
provided with your original package.
- Prepare the package for shipment: Include
all of the original material including a copy of your receipt,
any certificates and any FREE GIFTS received with your
purchase.
- Insure Your Package: On your invoice,
if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:

- Less than $500 - You can ship it via
the carrier of your choice. Be sure to ship your item
fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation
that your shipment has reached its JewelrySales.com. JewelrySales.com
is not responsible for lost items or items received damaged.

- Over $500 – Packages with a value
over $500.00 can only be shipped by US Postal Service
Registered Mail™. These items must be insured
for the total value of the contents, and you must request
a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment
has reached JewelrySales.com. JewelrySales.com
is not responsible for lost items or items received damaged. Please
be aware that FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise
over $500 regardless of the value you enter on their
shipping label.
These instructions must be followed exactly or JewelrySales.com
will not process your return. If you have any questions

The returned package must be postmarked within 30 days starting
on the day that the item was received by you to ensure credit. Returns
will be thoroughly examined by a qualified gemologist to
verify that the original item including gemstone(s) and diamond(s)
has been returned. Once our Quality Assurance team
determines the condition of your returned item to be as originally
shipped, we will issue a credit for your full purchase price,
excluding shipping charges and any charge due for certificates
that are not returned, to the same account/credit/charge
card you used to make the original purchase. If you
paid by money order or check, JewelrySales.com will send
a refund check by USPS.
Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages
will be refused by the return center and the carrier will
return it to you unopened.
