SHIPPING OPTIONS
After your order has been processed and payment is secured your order will be shipped
via one of the following methods.
Orders ship out from JewelrySales.com within 1-2
business days. In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be
contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.
Orders pending credit approval or if payment is by check
will be shipped when credit is approved or when the funds have cleared. Our
customer support department may contact customers for additional information if
necessary.
JewelrySales.com will only ship to street addresses and
someone must be available to sign for the package. For security reasons we will not ship to PO
Boxes or similar addresses.
Tracking Your Order:
JewelrySales.com will send you an email notification the day
your order is shipped with a tracking number and carrier. You can use this
number to track your shipment at one of the following sites: www.fedex.com , www.usps.com
, www.ups.com. You will be able to track your
order every step of the way until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep.

note that orders requiring sizing will be shipped 7-10 business days after
order has been submitted due to the customization work involved.]
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We offer Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping for a variety of items. All
items that qualify for expedited shipping will have these shipping options
displayed at checkout. Please note that our shipping options refer to transit
time only and require additional time for order processing. Please
refer to our shipping chart below for estimated delivery times.

We calculate your expedited shipping fees based on the size, weight, and
destination of your order. Your expedited delivery fees will be displayed at
checkout. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada
and APO/FPO is not eligible for expedited shipping.
INSURANCE:
Insurance is required for all
orders placed with JewelrySales.com. Insurance covers all merchandise against
theft, loss or damage while in transit. Insurance is free for the first $100
and is 50¢ per each additional $100. Your insurance cost will be displayed at
checkout.
APO/FPO SHIPPING:
Orders shipped to APO/FPO destinations are shipped via United States Postal
Service. Items are usually delivered to the US military post office within 5-10
business days after they ship.
PAYPAL:
For security purposes payments received by PayPal will be
shipped to Confirmed PayPal addresses only. In order to have a confirmed
address your account must be verified. If your account is not verified please
contact PayPal for further instructions on becoming verified.
Order Cancellation:
If you find it necessary to change or cancel a
JewelrySales.com order for any reason, please contact our customer support
department at customerservice@jewelrysales.com
or call 1-800-USA-GEMS as soon as possible.
Everything we can will be done to accommodate your request.
Please be aware our shipping department strives to ship orders to our customers
quickly and efficiently. We cannot change or cancel an order once it has
already entered the shipping process. If we cannot cancel your order prior to
shipment and you are dissatisfied with it for any reason, return it to
JewelrySales.com according to our 30 day money back return
policy.
JewelrySales.com reserves the right to cancel any and all
orders that appear to be suspect or fraudulent and all fraudulent transactions
will be reported to proper authorities.
RECEIVING YOUR
PACKAGE:
Please follow these procedures when you receive your order.
- Inspect
the package carefully for damage or evidence of tampering. If damage or tampering is suspected do
NOT open the package. Notify the
person delivering the package and only open it in front of him/her to
inspect for damage and that all of the contents or included. If the delivery person is unavailable
contact the carrier or JewelrySales.com customer service department immediately
for instructions prior to opening the package. Make certain you record the name of the
person with which you are talking and follow all instructions. DO NOT discard the box or any packing
material until any claim has been completely
settled. The carriers often insist
on an inspection of the package AND packing material by their
representative prior to approving a claim so the package, product and
packing material must be retained.
- If the
package appears to be in good condition open the package carefully but do
NOT discard the box or ANY contents or packing material until your are
100% satisfied that it is in perfect condition and you are 100% satisfied
with your purchase. [ITEMS MUST BE
IN ORGIONAL PACKAGING TO BE RETURNED] If damage is discovered or all items
on the order form are not included after opening the box, retain the box,
the contents and all packing material and call JewelrySales.com customer
service department for instructions.
NOTE: If a claim is denied because the box and all
of the contents are not available for inspection, JewelrySales.com will not be
responsible for the claim.
